Services
SEO that brings in enquiries, not just traffic
A complete, ongoing SEO service for your website: research, fixes, links, security and a clear report every month.
Why it matters
Be the business people find
Most clicks on Google go to the first two or three results, and the top spot alone can take around 30%. People who find you this way are already looking for what you offer, and many trust these results more than ads, so they enquire more readily.
Most customers find a local business through search, and more of them now ask AI tools as well. This service keeps your website in shape for both: it finds what your customers search for, fixes what holds your site back, and builds your reputation online. Eight areas of work, each done regularly, and a clear report every month.
How the work builds
From first fix to steady growth
Step 1
Getting started
Keyword research, then a full on-page pass over the whole site, most valuable pages first.
Step 2
Building authority
Listings on respected local directories and links from relevant industry sites, including guest articles.
Step 3
Ongoing
Weekly analysis and fixes, with monthly research and quick wins where you are close to the top.
What is included
Eight areas of work, each done regularly
Backed by a dedicated SEO platform we built and run, so every site is analysed on a fixed rhythm and nothing slips.
Quarterly refresh
1. Keywords and competitors
Finds the 15 to 30 searches your customers actually type into Google, checks where your site appears for each one, and who shows up instead.
-
A keyword map: each search term, monthly search volume, the page that should rank for it, where you appear now and the top competitors
-
Search demand from Google Keyword Planner, refreshed every quarter
-
A review of your 3 to 6 main competitors: what they cover that you do not, and the trust signals they show
-
Content gaps ranked by value, and quick wins where you already sit just below the top spots
-
Month-on-month movement: terms you started ranking for or lost, and new competitors
Every other step works from this map, so titles, content and links all target searches that bring in customers, not just traffic.
Weekly
2. On-page SEO
A full pass over the whole site, most valuable pages first, then a regular check of every page, post and product for the details Google reads first, with the routine issues fixed directly on the site.
-
Meta titles: missing, duplicated or too long to show in Google
-
Meta descriptions: missing, duplicated or cut off
-
Focus keywords matched to the keyword map
-
Image alt text for accessibility and image search
-
Pages accidentally hidden from Google with a noindex tag
-
Pages competing with each other for the same search, and which one should rank
Once Google can read your pages properly, rankings often lift and later links carry more weight. Clear titles and descriptions decide whether people click your result.
Monthly
3. Technical SEO and indexing
Checks the structured data that tells Google what each page is, and confirms your pages are being indexed.
-
schema.org structured data (JSON-LD) on key pages: LocalBusiness, Service, Product, FAQ and BreadcrumbList as they apply
-
Broken, duplicate or leftover data that confuses Google
-
Canonical URLs and robots directives
-
XML sitemap compared with your published pages
-
How many of your pages Google has indexed
Correct structured data earns richer results such as breadcrumbs, prices and FAQs, and catches problems before they cost traffic.
Monthly
4. AI search visibility
More customers now ask AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Copilot instead of searching. This checks those tools can find, understand and recommend you.
-
AI crawlers are allowed in robots.txt
-
Your Organization schema and your name, address and phone (NAP) match across the web
-
Your site states clearly who you are, what you do and where
-
Your key pages answer customer questions directly and up front
-
Ready-to-use FAQ answers, an About paragraph and an AI summary file for your site
You get the top fixes ranked by impact, with the text ready to use.
Weekly
5. Backlinks and listings
Business profiles and citations first, then, once the on-page work is complete, genuine links from relevant sources.
-
Local directories that list by service and town, so you show for searches like "plumber Takapuna"
-
Supplier and manufacturer "find a dealer" pages, trade associations, local media and community sites
-
Guest articles for respected NZ industry and local publications, written from your expertise
-
Each opportunity vetted: real, relevant to NZ, active, and you are not already listed
-
Outreach email or listing text prepared, plus a Google Business Profile post draft
Links from trusted, relevant sites are one of Google’s strongest signals. No paid links, link swaps, spam directories or fake reviews, ever.
Monthly
6. Visitors and enquiries
Shows what the website brings in: not just visitors, but enquiries, and which channels they came from.
-
Visits and engaged visits compared with the month before
-
Enquiries from forms and phone clicks, with tracking set up if it is missing
-
Where visitors came from: Google, Maps, social, other sites, direct and AI tools
-
The pages people land on first
Rankings only matter if they bring in customers. This ties the work to enquiries you can count.
Weekly
7. Website security and health
Keeps the site safe, fast to reach and trusted by Google, and catches costly accidents early.
-
Security certificate, https and browser security headers
-
Publicly exposed files, login name leaks, pending software updates and admin accounts
-
Email anti-fraud records (SPF and DMARC) and Cloudflare settings that affect speed, security and AI access
-
Every internal link analysed monthly, with 404s and redirects fixed
-
Uptime reporting with alerts when the site goes down
-
Daily watch for accidental changes: pages hidden from Google, wiped search titles, removed pages, robots.txt blocking search, a missing sitemap and a lapsing domain
Hacked or broken sites lose rankings fast. Problems are fixed or flagged the same week, and urgent ones straight away.
Optional, weekly
8. Blog posts
You know your field best, so you write the posts and we load them. We can also write articles for you.
-
Your posts loaded onto the site, ready to publish, with links to your service pages
-
SEO title, meta description and focus keyword set
-
If you want us to write: one 700 to 1,200 word article in NZ English on a gap from the keyword map, using only facts already on your site
-
Ready-to-post social captions for each article
Useful articles bring in people who are searching before they buy. Nothing is published without your approval.

No. Nobody controls Google's rankings. We guarantee the work, honest reporting and no shortcuts that could get your site penalised.
Do I need to be a client for website management as well?
No. SEO works on any site. If we also manage your site, fixes are even quicker.
Can I cancel?
Yes. It is month to month with 30 days notice, and everything we set up stays yours.
What do you need from me?
Admin access to your website, Search Console, Analytics and Google Business Profile, plus facts we cannot find on your site, such as prices and service areas. We never make these up.
